Texas

The kids LOVED our study of Texas in March. This is usually a favorite every year and this year was no exception. We explored many of the Texas symbols, as well as important Texas leaders and monuments. To wrap it all up we even tasted the Texas state dish...CHILI! Yum!

Here are a few photos of our study and some finished products. This time of the year is absolutely amazing to see how the kids have bloomed! I'm so proud of each and every one of them. I am also very excited as we look ahead to study Earth Day, plants, and recycling. And of course our first grade program next week! Can't wait to see all of you there!
